When I learned Wordpress and CSS and also HTML I needed to download https://yumdownload.com/notepad, after which I was able to make edits in the site code. This is not an easy task especially for a novice developer, but the study CSS is quite promising as well as data analysis, so I don`t think I wasted my time.
