Thanks a lot for the mirror links here! I just hate to download anything from Microsoft official site - their download speed is such a lame. I tried to reinstall Word on my laptop because it stopped reading txt files properly. But it doesn't work even after fresh install, all of a sudden. I surfed some forums and found a nice tool to open txt file https://wikiext.com/txt For now it works out perfectly for me, so I can do my job before I solve this issue with Word. So I add your links to favs for later
