HIPAA Email Compliance

There are a lot of regulations and for most small offices using hosted email, the vendor is supposed to be HIPAA Hitech compliant.

And don't forget that faxes over the internet would also need protection. Perhaps Unityfax can help...they have TLS encrypted email to the client. Not sure of other standards they might meet.
