Fix Disk Cleanup

Disk Cleanup can be useful, but it has a bad feature, and one that hangs often during it's calculation - and that is "compress old files."

It's a bad idea to begin with - do not try to save disk space that way.

So to eliminate it, use regedit, seach for compress old files, and delete the key which has it. THEN when you run Disk Cleanup, it can be used to empty temporary files and whatnot.
