Downloading, Saving Youtube and other captions

http://www.diycaptions.com/

You can also paste the end suffix of yt videos onto completed videos (ie put in whole url at main page, then "fixup" the suffix on subsequent videos.

http://www.lilsubs.com/

I like this perhaps the best as it doesn't have so much xml headers like downsub

Windows 10 WIFI Lost Connection - Possibly WAN Minports

I wound up doing the following:
Backed up registry key per the first two articles and deleting the folders with Minport items

Then in Device Manager - disabled the Miniports

Set Service Remote Access Auto Connection Management

These steps did keep the Miniports away.

BUT what really seemed to heal the boxes (2 of them , and one I did not remove the minports) was to attach a hardware Lan cable, get internet (network) connectivity, then disconnect the cable and connect through wifi and all was normal.

 Best Quick Summary
1)   http://lazyresearch.blogspot.in/2016/07/remove-wan-miniports-easy-way.html
                 linked from https://www.tenforums.com/network-sharing/29852-wan-miniport-device-manager.html

    Same basic info

3) Not tried and seems too complex:

Other symptoms before lost wifi (box 1)
  -a long restart (10 minutes)
on box 2 a long shutdown
-twice Windows not booting and saying it is gathering more info
   on  box 2 once
  - reset tcpip, disabled wifi adapter, disabled wifi device, reset winsock (on box 1)
