Find Template Location, Word

Press Alt+F11 to open the macro editor.
Press Ctrl+G to open the Immediate window at the bottom right.
Type or paste this line in the Immediate window and press Enter:

     Print ActiveDocument.AttachedTemplate.FullName


Note, don't forget, for a document use the View tab and Macros to see what macros the document or templates might have.
