The following sites use Visualware's java-based diagnostic.

Probably the best implementation because, besides being the most complete, allows you to configure how many voip lines to simualte
http://voiptest.8x8.com/
Voip Quality Test
has an addition (top tab) diagnostic for SIP, RTP, etc

SIP only at onsip.com

Note: check the + (Advanced) tab to see results like jitter to and from your site.

Freemind
I'm not sure the use or value of this, but I may want to investigate.

Site with lots of info on testing hard drive speed

Online Scanners (and a few other tools)
If the pc works enough that the unit can be connected tot he internet, consider the following:
(Note, have tried to eliminate ones which only scan and then want a fee for cleaning).
F-Secure (quick)
https://www.f-secure.com/en_US/web/home_us/online-scanner
Eset

Kaspersky (scan only)

Emerisoft (huge download, 154MB)

Norton (huge download, aggressive selling, but fairly thorough)
https://security.symantec.com/nss/getnss.aspx?langid=ie&venid=sym
Bit Defender
http://www.bitdefender.com/scanner/online/free.html
Housecall (is slow, like hours, and can hang)
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Bullguard also has one.

Super Control Panel for Windows 7
Not sure if I posted this.
Create folder, say on desktop, named anything you want (perhaps Super Control Panel)
Then rename it by adding an extension of the following:

Android Netbook - seemed like a good idea
Cyber Specials: For the most part I couldn't be bothered and was very busy in other activities. But while waiting, glanced through some paper flyers. Saw and went to purchase 7pm on Saturday, a netbook from a local pharmacy.
a 10.1" netbook, specifically the Craig Electronics CLP289.
http://www.craigelectronics.com/site/pdetails.php?id=641
PROS:
Wow, for $39 ($110 on Amazon) an amazing set of pieces: HD screen, processor, keyboard, usb slots HDMI output, etc.
Good keyboard.
Availability of apps on Android that I might use: gotomypc, logmein, etc.
(OS Note: The unit came with Android 4.2 and had update instructions for 4.4)
CONS:
Most websites interpret the device as being a phone and give the mobile version of their site.
When those sites provide a mobile version, we are in the wrong format. We are viewing landscape, and the site is providing for a phone in portrait mode. Hence we get lists of items that are 1 inch tall and 9 inches wide. Terrible use of space of course.
Websites: almost half fail to work adequately or not at all. If media rich and complex, predict failure. Sites with lots of scripts do not seem to work to fill out their page (tabs etc). Youtube works as a mobile site, but the unit bogs down and makes pausing starting a video difficult.
Unit slow to respond to typing, can be 5-10 seconds behind.
Mouse, not very responsive when the cpu is busy.
The A9 cpu is not the in the same league as Apple A series.
ALTS:
Needing a portable tablet or netbook, and desiring good compatibility and speed: I would opt for many other $99 tablets
or, from Apple:
Ipad 3 refurbished $249 (Gamestop)
Ipad mini 2: $299 - would wait till can get for $249. (Walmart has them at $289 currently.)
